La Maison et ses dépendances sont nichées dans un écrin de
verdure préservée, au centre de la propriété. Cet écrin offre

The house and its outbuildings are nestled in an unspoilt green
setting in the center of the property. This setting offers absolute
privacy, making it a true haven of peace. A beautiful inner
courtyard adds charm and exception to this property.
La grange, abrite de gauche, à droite, un logement indépendnant
avec sa terrasse au bord du ruisseau, un garage fermé, un
atelier et un abri ouvert. A l’étage, un espace aménageable offre
une belle terrasse avec vue sur l’étang. Ce lieu abrité invite à
savourer le panorama en toute quiétude, un lieu idéal pour rêver
ou créer.
From left to right, the barn houses an independent dwelling with
a terrace by the stream, a closed garage, a workshop and an
open shelter. Upstairs, a convertible space offers a beautiful
terrace overlooking the pond. This sheltered spot invites to savor
the panorama in complete tranquillity, an ideal place to dream or
create.

chaleureux, hors du temps, tandis que le présient Valéry Giscard d’Estaing y savoura un déjeuner. Cette

The central room, the vibrant heart of the house, combines authenticity and timeless elegance. Its fraçaise
ceiling and stone wall tell the story of the estate, once a renowned Bourbonnais inn. The original bar, a real
gem, exudes charm and conviviality, promising memorable evenings with family and friends. In the past,
Baron Bic took refuge here for discreet, warm, timeless moments, while President Valéry Giscard d'Estaing
enjoyed lunch here. This room embodies a living history, ready to welcome your special moments.
L’hiver drape la propriété de paysages givrés, où l’étang scintillant sous le gel et les arbres
centenaires s’habillent de blanc. Après une promenade dans ce décor féérique, le confort
d’un feu crépitant dans la maison chaleureuse, permet de savourer un moment de pure

and the hundred-year-old trees are dressed in white. After a stroll through this enchanting
